Grape Leaves

129 South Oak Park Avenue
Oak Park, IL 60302

Meet us where a diversity of flavors is served

This lively BYOB restaurant in Oak Park serves up some of the best Moroccan, Mediterranean, Lebanese, and Middle-Eastern cuisine that you’ll find in Chicagoland!

Grape Leaves of Oak Park Owner Karim Benyaich describes the restaurant’s menu as a trip across the Middle East from Rabat to Jerusalem to Beirut and beyond. He explains that the flavors of Moroccan dishes display a remarkable diversity of influences because of the country’s long history of colonization.

Start your meal with the classic appetizer Babaghannough (baked eggplant blended with sesame sauce, olive oil, and garlic) and the restaurant’s signature Stuffed Grape Leaves (warm leaves stuffed with rice, raisins, almonds, and seasonings).
Then move on to the house specialties like the Moroccon Couscous, Chicken Sumac, or Lamb Shank Casablanca.
Complete your meal with the dessert called Lebanon Night. That’s a cold white custard with rose water and topped with pistachio nuts, cinnamon, and coconut.

There is also a wide variety of vegetarian options and a selection of fresh juices.
