This quiet bungalow on Berwyn’s jewel, Proksa Park is ideal for travelers looking for quiet, quaint accommodation.

Your host is David, a graphic designer, and his cat King David Putty. Our home is quiet, clean, cozy and generally pretty low-key.

9 holes of frisbee golf at your finger tips
1 block walk to Metra
Walking distance to 10+ local restaurants and some of the best Mexican food Chicago has to offer
we are a 25 minute drive from Chicago.

Such a great stay! We booked the day of, and David was super accommodating and great with communication. Putty was also the sweetest (and softest) cat <3 He wasn’t shedding that much, despite being a very fluffy cat.
It’s an older house but well-maintained and wonderfully decorated. The bathroom is actually a shared bath, but we never had trouble with it being occupied. Just to note, there is a slight weed smell in the lower level of the house.
The surrounding area is quiet and street parking was free/plentiful.

The stay was wonderful, his cat King David Putty was the best animal therapy you could ask for. When needed something to do he was very responsive and very helpful. The pay was great as well. We will definitely be going back and staying there. Thank you David for a wonderful time and letting us stay at your place for my birthday.
