Staying at Alex's place was great! The area was quiet and beautiful. Alex's house itself is also very spacious and warm. Alex greeted me at the door and explained some basics about the house and the area. The room was very big (even bigger than it looks in the photos) and had all the necessities. My personaly favorite was the bathroom/shower with its skylight. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone and I think I'll be back again! thanks Alex!

Thank you! We came into town later then planned for a show downtown and found this place to be quite accommodating. Reasonably priced. I'd stay here again. The neighborhood is really cute with a park. It is a shared space with posted quiet hours as there are working professionals living in the house (to my understanding) as well as other guests. I felt safe, even with a push button door lock. We came in late and tried to be as quiet as possible while trying to find the room with our flash lights. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room darkening shades worked well. I slept good on the bed, my partner felt it was uncomfortable. PSA for guests: in shared spaces, we can hear if you wash your hands.
