One bedroom apt

I’m not big on air bnb but had an issue where I needed somewhere to stay for a couple day that was inexpensive. Jessica’s place was perfect and served the purpose. I saw some reviews prior to booking that were negative. Someone complained about the air coming through the window during the winter and stated they canceled. I had the same issue but due to the nature of my situation I couldn’t cancel. I also chose the route that benefited us both. A simple fix removed a bad situation. Went to the store bought some window plastic and tape….problem solved. Instead of making negative responses, see where you can be of help. In this situation, I knew a certain thing by my life experiences and because I was able to feel that draft, I automatically knew that she’d never experienced a situation where blocking the winter breeze from your home is an option. It’s easier to be compassionate and do things outta love for one another than chance hurting another being. We’re all here to serve a purpose.

The place was looking good for me and my friends until it wasn’t which was less than an 1 hour of being there. There is a bug infestation we were not aware of before we got there which is annoying because we drove a long way to stay. which i didn’t know people could stay somewhere while it’s getting “treated”, the roaches were alive and active as we had to kill three of them and seen many more, if you want somewhere to stay for a night that’s affordable and you don’t care about roaches then this is your place. also there was old water spots/patches in the bedroom along with roach feces on bathroom sink and in the cabinets. we had to keep all of our items in the room so roaches wouldn’t get into anything. we did however stay because we have too long of a drive home but we dreaded it the whole time thinking about the roaches and the smell. other than the bug problem and the random holes in the wall, her communication was good, the place was set up cute, and she left us snacks
