Even though we had a miscommunication (my fault) at check-in, Michael and Pricilla responded immediately when I contacted them and got everything sorted. I really appreciated that.

I was on the first floor and a family with a young child came for a couple days above me. There was excessive noise from upstairs, and the host was extremely pleasant about it, and was willing to talk to them and help them understand that the noise carries and quickly resolved that issue and didn’t make me feel like I was burdening them . It’s clear that they are very concerned about guests comfort
the bed was amazing. The tub was amazing.
