Quiet, friendly neighborhood with ample street parking and a pub across the street. This is a basement unit with a kitchenette (NO STOVE/OVEN), cozy TV room, desk nook, and full bathroom. The bed is king-sized and has a firm mattress. The floors slope and there's no thermostat, but it's cute + welcoming

We stayed one night at annes place. We loved the neighborhood and local restaurants! Lots to do and within walking distance of the property! The place is very clean and anne is almost immediately responsive to all questions! We had a bit difficult time with parking not understanding the rules and also having not many areas to park but we did figure it out. We did easily hear people upstairs walking around. I also didnt realize there was a staircase in the "bedroom" that leads to a door upstairs where the people upstairs lived. I did feel a bit uncomfortable with the thought of that and wish that wouldve been mentioned on the listing. Overall, a great find and like I said the neighborhood is excellent!
