Very clean place with spacious rooms and good pricing.

Diana is great! Very responsive, compassionate, and detailed in her responses. You really could not ask for a better host.
The neighborhood is great.. No nearby partying, noisy kids, or noisy businesses.
The unit itself was recently remodeled, classy & cozy, and very clean. Everything inside is brand-new.. Especially the gorgeous kitchen cabinets and countertops. The biggest issues we had were the seemingly UNinsulated and rather thin floors & ceilings, which, thanks to some disrespectful and nocturnal tenants staying above, kept me up all night long. Thankfully they left the following evening. I would stay here again, but I will definitely bring earplugs and sleep aid.
As far as amenities, it's well decorated, with lots of pillows, books, games, towels, and lots of cups, plates, and silverware. There's also a good traditional coffee pot, so I suggest bringing some fresh coffee grounds & filters. Lastly, there is no ice maker in the freezer, so bring a bag of ice or trays.
