Short Fuse Brewing

5000 North River Road
Schiller Park, IL 60176

Meet us where the beer is brewed onsite and aged in wine barrels

The Short Fuse Brewing Company in Schiller Park is a brewery and taproom with a full kitchen.

The impressive 7,500-square-foot taproom is one of the largest in Chicagoland! Serving only beers made onsite in the adjacent brewery, there are more than 20 on-tap selections to choose from at the Short Fuse taproom.

This is one of the few breweries in Illinois to use 30-barrel foeders, which are huge oak vats that are usually used to age wine. But here at Short Fuse, the sour and wild beers are aged in foeders for 12-18 months!

Try a Loosey Juicy IPA or a Kitty Malone Lager. The Sunday Morning Stacks is a wheat beer and the Shamrock Shake is a filling stout. There are a variety of sizes offered at Short Fuse, so if you want to taste your way through the on-tap menu, go right ahead!
