Hemmingway's Bistro is owned and operated by Chef Christopher Ala. The restaurant's classic bistro interior brings back the grand charm of Paris in the early 1930's.
Each day there is a Plat du Jour featuring such staples as Coq au Vin, Cassoulet Toulousain, Bouillabaisse, Beef Wellington and Duck Al' Orange. Menu items include Mix Grill of Wild Game and roasted sea bass on Cassoulet beans. There is also a Parisian seafood bar offering towers of Plateau de Fruit de Mer.
