Built in 1905, Scoville Square was designed by E.E. Roberts and is one of the few examples of Prairie style architecture applied to commercial buildings. In 1980, commissioned architect John Vinci restored the building to its original grandeur. Ideal atmosphere for social and business fundraisers and receptions. Various shops and Winberie's restaurant are on the first floor.
